These launch-draft terms require qualified Malaysian legal review before Ria Pet Mart accepts public orders.
Orders
Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment confirmation and order validation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by pricing error, unavailable stock, invalid delivery details or suspected fraud.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in MYR unless stated otherwise. Stripe processes payment using the methods available at checkout. Promotions apply only when their published eligibility rules are met.

Liability and governing terms
Mandatory consumer protections are not excluded. Final business identity, governing-law and dispute-resolution clauses will be completed during legal review before launch.
