Damaged or incorrect items
Keep the packaging and take clear photographs. Contact support promptly so the order can be reviewed before returning anything.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time begins after Stripe confirms the refund. Shipping charges are refundable only where required or when Ria Pet Mart made the fulfilment error.
