This notice explains how Ria Pet Mart intends to handle customer information. It requires qualified Malaysian legal review before public launch.
Information we use
Account and contact information, delivery addresses, order and payment status, support communications, consent choices, and optional pet preferences. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Ria Pet Mart.
Why we use it
To operate accounts, calculate delivery, fulfil and track orders, prevent fraud, provide support, meet legal obligations and—with permission—measure or personalise marketing.
Sharing and retention
Information is shared only with providers needed to operate the service, such as Supabase, Stripe, EasyParcel and consented measurement providers. Retention periods will be documented before launch and limited to operational and legal needs.
Your choices
You can withdraw optional analytics, advertising and personalisation consent. Account export and deletion-request workflows will be provided, subject to records that must legally be retained.
