A transparent loyalty programme is planned for verified customer purchases.
How it will work
Eligible purchases will add points to an append-only rewards ledger. Available balance, expiry and redemption history will be visible in the customer account.
Fair reversals
Points related to cancelled or refunded purchases will be reversed using a linked ledger entry rather than silently changing history. Final earning and expiry rates will be published before activation.
