Malaysia delivery
Delivery options are quoted live through EasyParcel using your postcode, parcel weight and available courier services. Orders of RM120 or more qualify for free standard delivery within Malaysia when an eligible service is available.
International delivery
International checkout is available only when EasyParcel returns a valid service for the destination and product. Customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Tracking
Once a parcel is booked, its courier and tracking number appear in your order details. Tracking may take several hours to update after a label is created.
